This Angel and Teardrop Shaped Headstone is manufactured in our own factory from selected Emerald Pearl granite, combining a classic teardrop monument profile with a three-dimensional Angel Sculpture carved directly into the stone. The angel is positioned leaning against the upper monument form, with attention given to facial proportions, expression, wing structure and the transition between the figure and the main stone body.
The Teardrop Shaped Headstone is produced with a polished front surface and a large central memorial lettering area. This open inscription field allows names, dates, epitaphs, scripture, decorative lettering or customer-supplied layouts to be incorporated without interfering with the angel carving.
Our workshop can produce the complete monument from customer dimensions, drawings or reference photographs. Hand Carved sculptural work can be combined with machine cutting, polishing, sandblasting and lettering according to the approved production drawing. Free CAD shop drawings are available for dimensional confirmation before production. Production starts with visual selection of suitable granite blocks before CNC cutting and hand carving. Blocks with unsuitable structural conditions around the narrow teardrop profile or sculptural section are rejected during production planning.

The teardrop outline is checked against the approved CAD drawing after rough cutting. Critical dimensions are measured before the polishing stage.

Surface Finishing & Inscription Check
The front memorial area is inspected for surface flatness and polish consistency before lettering. Where inscription artwork is supplied by the customer, the lettering position is checked against the approved layout before final engraving or sandblasting.

Export Cleaning & Specialized Packing
Before export, finished stonework is cleaned, dried and visually inspected. Carved areas receive additional protective packing so that the angel face, wings and projecting details are isolated from direct impact during container handling.
