1)What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order quantity is one crate, which is equivalent to approximately one ton. We'll assist you in calculating the weight and create drawings for your approval. Prior to shipping, we'll send photos for you to confirm. Lastly, we can organize door-to-door delivery for you.
2)What payment terms do you accept?
We accept the following payment terms: a 30% deposit is necessary at the outset before any work on the drawings commences. This deposit is based on the total invoice value. The remaining balance, which constitutes 70% of the invoice, becomes payable right before we proceed with the delivery of your order.
3)What's your sample policy and sample lead time?
Our policy regarding samples is quite straightforward: we offer small samples at no cost to you. Not only are the samples complimentary, but we also cover the courier charges, which will be reimbursed once you proceed with your order. As for the turnaround time, we can have your small samples ready within a quick span of 1 to 3 days.
4)What are the available colors?
We supply lots of colors for selection, they are all natural granites and marbles for memorials. If you need special colour, please email to us.
