1) Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Chongwu Town, Huian County, Quanzhou City, Fujian, China. You can visit us by flying to Xiamen International airport. It takes about 1.5 hours from airport to our factory by car.

 

2) What payment terms do you accept?
Before drawings are made, a deposit of 30% of the total invoice value is required, with the remaining 70% due prior to delivery.

 

3) What's the lead time?
Usually, it takes around 15 to 21 days for us to complete your order after receiving the deposit. However, the timeline is also dependent on when you confirm drawings and photos.

 

4) What about the packaging?
The carved stone are packed in strong seaworthy wooden crates with fumigation.

 

5) What is your price term?
Usually, we quote based on FOB Xiamen, China, but we also accept CFR or CIF terms.
