To place an order, one crate (or approximately one ton) is the minimum requirement. We will help you determine the weight and provide drawings for your confirmation. Before dispatching, we'll send photos for your approval. Lastly, we can assist you with door-to-door delivery.
2) What's the Payment Term?
It's 30% of invoice value before drawings. Then 70% balance before delivery to you.
3) Do you have the products in stock?
Generally, we don't keep stock but if customer require it and we have an agreement then we can keep a stock to ensure prompt delivery, however, for customized orders, we will produce according to client specifications.
