On November 11, as Flight MF8118 landed smoothly, the themed flight "Take Xiamen Airlines, Watch the Golden Rooster" for the 2025 Golden Rooster Awards Film Festival came to a successful conclusion. This three-day aerial movie journey provided guests attending the 38th China Film Golden Rooster Awards and a wide range of passengers with a unique flight experience.
Starting from November 9, Xiamen Airlines launched three themed flights on the Beijing Daxing-Xiamen route. The cabins were adorned with meticulously designed golden rooster-themed decals and meal boxes, creating a vibrant film festival atmosphere. The flight attendants wore specially designed golden rooster badges and held "Take Xiamen Airlines, Watch the Golden Rooster" signs, posing for photos with passengers. Every passenger on the flight received a Xiamen Airlines "White Egret Film FAN Card," allowing them to enjoy a cultural journey while earning abundant Xiamen Airlines membership points.
On the flight, the interactive segment of "Golden Rooster Crying at Dawn, Telling the Dream of Egret Island Film and Television" became a highlight of the flight. The cabin crew invited passengers to share their experience of watching Xiamen movies, and those who participated in the event received limited edition souvenirs such as tickets to the Golden Rooster Film Festival and film bookmarks specially prepared by Xiamen Airlines. Ms. Zhang, who went to the film festival, said: "I happened to take this flight to the festival. I ran into this theme flight. This experience is very special. I wish the Golden Rooster Award will be better and better in Xiamen!"
