The total construction area of the project is 62000 square meters, consisting of 5 buildings, covering 2 affordable rental housing, 1 hotel, and 2 open commercial blocks. It can provide 468 apartments, 466 underground parking spaces, and a commercial area of approximately 10800 square meters. It is expected that the project will bring about 18 million yuan in annual revenue after it is put into use, effectively driving residents' income growth.
